The Hall at the Church is available for hire throughout the week including evenings and weekends for both business and recreational use. All Saints’ is a modern building and has full disabled access including entrance ramps, wide doorways etc. There are separate male, female and disabled toilet facilities and there is a kitchen for catering if required.
Church hall hire rate is £20 per hour (this is reviewed annually).

MINIMUM CHARGES
There is a minimum charge of £20 weekdays and £40 weekends, per session.

DEPOSITS
In certain circumstances a £20 deposit will be required in advance and will be refundable following inspection of premises. Any damage or breakages will be charged in full together with any handling costs irrespective of any deposit paid.

CANCELLATIONS
A full charge cancellation fee will be levied should a cancellation be made within 3 working days of the booking time. A 50% fee (minimum £10) will be charged should a cancellation be made within 1 working week.

BOOKING TIMES
The hall will only be open at the times booked. It is important to allow for setting out and clearing up when working out how much time you require. If the booking overruns by more than 15 minutes an extra hour will be charged.

HEALTH AND SAFTEY
Please do take time to read through All Saints’ Health and Safety Policy. Church members, visitors, hirers, employees and volunteers all have a responsibility to operate in a safe environment and to be kept safe while using the facilities.
